Welcome to Tyger River Fire-Rescue

Our Fire Department provides 24/7 emergency services for fires, accidents, medical emergencies and natural disasters. Our team is highly trained and equipped with the latest technology to handle any emergency situation.

We believe that fire prevention education is the key to reducing the number of fires in our community. We offer a variety of programs for all ages, including school visits, community events, and fire safety classes for local businesses.

Our Fire Department conducts regular inspections of public buildings to ensure they meet fire safety standards. We also offer free home inspections to help residents identify potential fire hazards and develop fire safety plans.

We are committed to serving our community, and we believe in building strong relationships with our residents. Our Community Risk Reduction Division holds Fire Prevention events, participates in local festivals, check and install working smoke alarms in residences and work with other organizations to make our community a safer place.
